Job Summary:


Looking for a dynamic Inside Sales Trainer to coach and upskill sales executives in communication, objection handling, product pitching, and closing techniques.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Onboarding & refresher training for inside sales teams.
  • Design role plays, mock calls & e-learning modules.
  • Monitor sales calls, give feedback & coaching.
  • Track performance (conversion, call quality, closures).
  • Align training with business goals & market trends.


Requirements:


  • Graduate/MBA (Sales/Marketing preferred).
  • 3–6 yrs in Inside Sales/Telesales Training (EdTech/B2C preferred).
  • Strong sales coaching, CRM & presentation skills.
