- Identify and develop business opportunities with government departments, PSUs, and institutional clients.
- Coordinate with internal teams for documentation, proposals, and compliance requirements.
- Achieve sales targets and ensure timely execution of awarded projects.
- Track upcoming government projects and competitor activities.
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 2+ years of sales/business development experience in institutional projects.
- Good knowledge of government tendering/e-procurement systems.
- Strong communication, networking, and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel frequently.
