- Prepare layouts, plans, elevations, and working drawings
- Understand client brief and convert it to functional and aesthetic design
- Conduct site surveys, BOQs, material selections
- Collaborate with 3D artists and project teams for seamless execution
- AutoCAD, SketchUp, MS Excel, Photoshop
- Basic 3DS Max or VRay (a plus)
- 3+ years of hands-on design in commercial interiors
- Sharp spatial understanding and aesthetic sensibility
- Proactive communicator with ability to manage timelines and revisions
