Experience Required: 3–5 Years
- Design Development: Create innovative and functional interior design concepts for residential, commercial, and hospitality projects.
- Client Coordination: Engage with clients to understand requirements, present design ideas, and incorporate feedback.
- Project Execution: Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and material boards. Supervise project progress and coordinate with contractors, vendors, and consultants.
- Site Visits & Inspections: Conduct regular site visits to monitor implementation, resolve design issues, and ensure quality standards.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with architects, junior designers, and other team members for seamless project delivery.
- Research & Sourcing: Stay updated with industry trends, source materials, finishes, and furnishings.
- Documentation: Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and timely reporting as required for each project.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interior Design or related field.
- 3–5 years’ experience in interior design (residential, commercial, or mixed projects).
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, MS Office, and relevant design software.
- Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and space planning.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Collaborative team player with a proactive attitude.
- Experience in project management and site execution.
- Familiarity with sustainable design practices.
- Portfolio demonstrating completed projects in relevant sectors.
