- Supervise and manage site execution of interior works (civil, carpentry, MEP, false ceiling, flooring, painting, etc.)
- Interpret and execute technical drawings and design plans accurately on site.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and installation of materials and equipment.
- Monitor work progress and ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
- Conduct regular quality checks and ensure workmanship complies with approved specifications.
- Prepare and maintain site reports, checklists, daily logs, and documentation of work progress.
- Ensure all health, safety, and environmental regulations are followed on-site.
- Assist in resolving any on-site issues, design changes, or material constraints.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and architects as needed for site coordination.
- Verify quantities and quality of materials used, and assist with measurements and billing processes.
