About the Role

We are excited to welcome a dynamic and motivated Apprentice to our team. This program is designed to provide early-career professionals with meaningful, hands-on exposure to business operations, data analysis, and performance management.

As an Apprentice, you will work closely with the

Workforce Management (WFM) team, supporting key initiatives, contributing to client success stories, and building strong professional skills for your future career.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform data analysis using Excel to generate insights and support business decision-making.
  
• Monitor and report business performance metrics, ensuring accuracy and timely escalation of issues where needed.
  
• Create reports and dashboards to highlight key performance trends.
  
• Support process improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities and documenting enhancements.
  
• Contribute to the documentation of client success stories and assist in preparing case studies.
  
• Collaborate with the WFM team, Practice Managers, and other colleagues to ensure smooth business operations and knowledge sharing.
  

What We’re Looking For

• M.BA (any stream)- 2025/2026 pasout batch only, no backlog
  
• Strong communication skills and the ability to express ideas clearly.
  
• A proactive, go-getter attitude with eagerness to learn and grow.
  
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  
• An analytical and detail-oriented mindset.
  
• Ability to work independently as well as effectively in a team environment.
