- Handle inbound and outbound calls, chats, and emails for international customers
- Provide accurate and timely solutions to customer queries
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction with professional communication
- Use internal tools and CRM systems to manage customer interactions
- Follow company guidelines and escalation protocols
- Candidates from PAN India willing to relocate to Jaipur
- Freshers, Undergraduates, and Graduates from any stream
- Must have excellent spoken and written English communication skills
- Comfortable with rotational shifts, including night shifts (as per process)
- Must be ready to work from office (this is NOT a remote job)
- Salary: ₹27,000 to ₹35,000
