Job Role:

We are hiring Customer Support Executives for domestic and international

voice/Chat process. The role involves handling customer calls, resolving queries, and ensuring excellent service delivery.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Handle inbound/outbound customer calls.
  • Provide accurate information and effective solutions.
  • Maintain professionalism and customer satisfaction.
  • Work in day and rotational shifts as per business requirements.


Eligibility / Requirements:


  • Qualification: 12th Pass and above
  • Freshers & Experienced both can apply
  • Good communication skills (English & Hindi; regional language is a plus)
  • Willingness to work in day and rotational shifts
