We are hiring Customer Support Executives for domestic and international
voice/Chat process. The role involves handling customer calls, resolving queries, and ensuring excellent service delivery.- Handle inbound/outbound customer calls.
- Provide accurate information and effective solutions.
- Maintain professionalism and customer satisfaction.
- Work in day and rotational shifts as per business requirements.
- Qualification: 12th Pass and above
- Freshers & Experienced both can apply
- Good communication skills (English & Hindi; regional language is a plus)
- Willingness to work in day and rotational shifts
