Pesh Group, one of the leading real estate asset management firms in Pune, is looking for a motivated individual to join our team as a Sales & Product Development Intern for our new product line.
1) Generate qualified sales leads through outreach and research.
2)Hold meetings with potential clients (primarily in the USA) to present our solutions.
3) Drive negotiations and close deals with clients.
4)Support the sales team in building strong client relationships.
5)Contribute to product development by applying programming knowledge and sharing client feedback with the tech team.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Computer Applications/Administration.
MBA (preferred but not mandatory).
Strong English communication skills (spoken & written) to interact with U.S.-based clients.
Good understanding of programming concepts to support product development.
Excellent presentation, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Internship stipend: ₹20,000 per month.
Additional performance-based commission.
Part-time positions also available (stipend adjusted accordingly).
