The Head of Debt Capital Markets will be responsible for leading the origination, structuring, and execution of debt financing solutions for corporate and institutional clients. This role requires deep expertise in capital markets, a strong network of issuer and investor relationships, and the ability to deliver innovative financing strategies aligned with client needs and organizational objectives.
· Drive origination and execution of debt capital market transactions, including bonds, debentures, commercial papers and private placements.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and institutional investors.
· Oversee structuring, pricing, and distribution strategies to ensure competitive and innovative solutions.
· Monitor market trends, regulatory changes, and investor sentiment to provide strategic insights and thought leadership.
· Lead, mentor, and develop the Debt Capital Markets team to achieve business growth and excellence.
· Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders including Corporate Advisory and Investment Banking teams to deliver integrated client solutions.
· Postgraduate degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
· Minimum 7–10 years of relevant experience in debt capital markets, investment banking, or corporate finance.
· Proven track record of successful deal origination and execution in domestic and/or international debt markets.
· Strong leadership, client management, and negotiation skills.
In-depth understanding of financial instruments, regulatory frameworks, and market dynamics.
