We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in IT management and support, with a strong ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Manage and resolve issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, and networks.
- OS installation, troubleshooting of Outlook, Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, OneDrive), and other software applications.
- Installation and troubleshooting of server OS and Linux (optional).
- Antivirus installation, system cleaning, and data backup.
- Monitor and update server, firewall, and security logs, and generate reports.
- Backup management for servers and local users.
- Coordinate with vendors for deliveries and installations.
- Manage IT equipment assets.
- Maintain internal and external SLAs.
- Assist in IT audits and ensure IT compliance.
- Create and maintain Infosec documentation.
- Graduate in IT or any field with certifications (Microsoft, Cisco, ITIL).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience.
- Strong communication skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹37,500.00 per month
