- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT hardware.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and networking issues.
- Monitor and maintain LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, firewalls, routers, and switches.
- Ensure data backup, recovery, and system security protocols are followed.
- Provide technical support to end-users for IT-related queries.
- Manage and maintain servers, storage devices, and antivirus systems.
- Install and update operating systems, drivers, and application software.
- Maintain inventory of IT hardware and software assets.
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware procurement, warranty claims, and AMC services.
- Implement and maintain cybersecurity practices, including access controls and virus protection.
- Support IT projects, upgrades, and system migrations.
- Document issues, resolutions, and IT procedures for reference.
