Key Responsibilities:


1. CRM & Automation (HubSpot)


  • Manage and optimize HubSpot Marketing Hub & Sales Hub tool.
  • Build and maintain workflows, sequences, lead scoring models, lifecycle stages, and


campaign tagging.


  • Ensure data hygiene, list segmentation, and accurate attribution for all campaigns.
  • Configure forms, landing pages, email templates, and marketing assets within


HubSpot.


2. Performance Reporting & Analysis


  • Develop dashboards and reports to monitor:


o Funnel progression (MQL → SQL → SQO).


o Campaign and sales play performance.


o Pipeline health and sales rep activity.


  • Analyze trends to provide insight-driven recommendations to the sales and leadership


teams.


3. Campaign & Lead Management


  • Collaborate with marketing to launch ABM and inbound campaigns across verticals


(Manufacturing, Retail, Healthcare).


  • Track and follow up on partner- and event-sourced leads (e.g., Shopify, Optimizely).
  • Automate lead routing, task creation, and follow-up cadences for SDRs/AEs.


4. Sales Enablement & Process Support


  • Equip BDRs and AEs with sales sequences, pitch templates, and one-pagers.
  • Support onboarding of new team members with CRM training and process


documentation.


  • Ensure consistent usage of sales playbooks and campaign messaging.


5. Special Projects


  • Coordinate campaign follow-up from roundtables, conferences, and digital events.
  • Maintain the Nishtech OneNote/Notion sales knowledge base and asset repository.
  • Contribute to quarterly sales play and funnel strategy reviews.


Qualifications:


  • 4-6 years in a Sales Ops, Marketing Ops, or Revenue Ops role.
  • Hands-on experience managing HubSpot CRM + Marketing Hub (required).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into insights.
  • Familiarity with B2B marketing funnels and account-based marketing.
  • Organized, proactive, and able to prioritize across multiple initiatives.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
