We are building out a global IT service team as we grow into a follow-the-sun capable organization and we are searching for a Linux savvy IT Service Manager to take charge of operations starting up in India. You’ll be part of a worldwide network of IT leaders, working closely with peers in other regions to ensure our services stay available, secure, and responsive.

You will be integral part of selecting and mentoring the team covering your region, working as part of an experienced, diverse, and highly effective global team building and operating secure, compliant, and efficient hybrid lab infrastructure to empower hardware engineers to thrive. • Partner with global peers in North America, EMEA, and APAC to ensure seamless handoffs and consistent service quality.
  • Track uptime, SLAs, and key metrics across time zones.
  • Drive service transitions for new projects into global operations.

· Linux or UNIX administration certifications

  • Familiarity with global compliance frameworks (SOC2, ISO, GDPR).
  • A proven record of working across cultures and regions.
