IT Systems & Cloud Administrator who can lead our internal IT operations and AWS-based cloud environments with a strong focus on security, performance, and reliability.


Role Overview:


As the

IT Systems & Cloud Administrator, you will be responsible for planning, deploying, and maintaining both on-premise and cloud infrastructure, while implementing strong security and access controls. You will work closely with development, operations, and leadership teams to ensure scalable, secure, and seamless technical environments.


Key Responsibilities:


1. Systems & Infrastructure Management


  • Set up, configure, and maintain servers (on-premise/cloud) and internal networks.
  • Oversee performance, availability, patching, and upgrades of IT systems.
  • Implement and maintain secure access for 60+ employees across departments.


2. Cloud & AWS Administration


  • Manage and monitor AWS services: EC2, S3, IAM, VPC, CloudWatch, RDS, etc.
  • Implement cost-optimized and secure AWS architecture based on business needs.
  • Manage backups, recovery planning, and cloud security configurations.


3. Security & Access Control


  • Establish IT security policies, firewall rules, and user/device-level access controls.
  • Administer endpoint security solutions, VPNs, and antivirus systems.
  • Conduct regular internal audits and ensure policy compliance.


4. Automation & DevOps (Basic Level)


  • Support CI/CD setup and infrastructure scripting (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.).
  • Write scripts (Shell/Python) for automation and server health monitoring.
  • Collaborate with developers on deployment environments and staging flows.


Required Skills & Qualification:


  • 2–5 years of hands-on experience in IT Systems Administration and Cloud Management
  • Proficiency with Linux servers, network management, and AWS infrastructure
  • Familiarity with IAM, VPC, EC2, S3, and other core AWS services
  • Experience with firewalls, VPNs, end-user provisioning, and device security
  • Scripting experience (Bash, Python) for automation tasks
  • Strong understanding of IT compliance, backup strategies, and disaster recovery


Job Types: Full-time, Permanent


Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month

  • Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
