We’re currently looking for a high caliber professional to join our team as

Officer, Java- Developer - Hybrid (Internal Job Title: 25909509 Java Backend Developer- C11) based in Pune, India. In this role, you’re expected to:

• Utilize knowledge of applications development procedures and concepts, and basic knowledge of other technical areas to identify and define necessary system enhancements, including using script tools and analyzing/interpreting code.
  
• Consult with users, clients, and other technology groups on issues, and recommend programming solutions, install, and support customer exposure systems
  
• Apply fundamental knowledge of programming languages for design specifications.
  
• Analyze applications to identify vulnerabilities and security issues, as well as conduct testing and debugging
  
• Serve as advisor or coach to new or lower level analysts
  

As a successful candidate, you’d ideally have the following skills and exposure:

• Strong hands on Java Backend Development experience.
  
• 4-7 Years of Experience & Familiarity with one or more programming languages, such as Java, JavaScript, Python, or Kotlin.
  
• Basic understanding of frontend development concepts (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
  
• Interest in learning and applying modern software development practices, including Kotlin, React, and TDD.
  
• Demonstrated experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD) and associated frameworks.
  
• Deep understanding of system architecture, design patterns, and best practices.
  
• Proven ability to lead and mentor development teams, fostering a collaborative and productive environment.
  
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues.
