We are seeking a skilled and dynamic
Java Fullstack Trainer to join our training team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Java Development as well as expertise in both front-end and back-end technologies. The trainer will be responsible for delivering high-quality technical training to individuals or groups, ensuring that they acquire the skills required to become proficient Fullstack developers.- Conduct training sessions on Java Fullstack Development including Java, Spring Boot, Angular/React, HTML/CSS, JavaScript, and Database Management.
- Design and deliver comprehensive training programs that cover both front-end and back-end technologies.
- Provide hands-on exercises, practical projects, and assessments to ensure students’ understanding of concepts.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to incorporate into training materials.
- Create course materials, presentations, assignments, and quizzes.
- Assess and evaluate student performance through tests and practical assignments.
- Maintain regular feedback mechanisms for students to improve learning outcomes.
- Engage in discussions and collaborative learning to enhance the training experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Strong knowledge of Java, Spring Boot, Angular/React, REST APIs, HTML/CSS, JavaScript, and Database Technologies (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL).
- Proven experience in Fullstack Development
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to teach complex technical concepts in a simplified manner.
- Passion for educating and mentoring students.
- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
- Experience in teaching or mentoring is an advantage.
