- Assist with product inquiries and purchases.
- Provide accurate information on pricing, features and other components.
- Cross-sell and up-sell products and inform customers about discounts and offers.
- Ensure shelves/racks are stocked and manage merchandise returns.
- Coordinate with the team for seamless customer service and share feedback with the Store Manager.
- Stay updated on new products and services.
- Maintain your stocks and count it on daily basis.
- Take proper follow ups for future opportunities.
Candidates with Minimum
12th Pass and 2 - 5 years of experience in Jewellery retail sales and a strong understanding of sales processes and consumer behavior can apply for this role. Responsibilities include achieving sales targets, excellent communication and selling skills. Preferred candidates from the Brands like Tanishq , Malabar , Kalyan etc.Need Jewellery Background Candidates only.
