We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented
Junior Quality Engineer to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh diploma or BE mechanical engineering graduates to start their career in the manufacturing or engineering sector. You will support the Quality team in ensuring products and processes meet quality standards and customer expectations.- Assist in conducting in-process and final product inspections.
- Perform quality checks on raw materials, components, and finished products.
- Use measuring instruments like vernier calipers, micrometers, height gauges, etc.
- Prepare and maintain inspection reports and quality documentation.
- Support root cause analysis and corrective action implementation for quality issues.
- Work closely with production and design teams to ensure product quality.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols.
- Participate in internal audits and help maintain ISO/quality management systems.
- Assist in maintaining 5S and continuous improvement initiatives on the shop floor.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (Fresher).
- Basic understanding of engineering drawings and GD&T.
- Knowledge of quality tools and measuring instruments is a plus.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 or similar quality standards (preferred but not required).
