Junior Accountant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Accountant to join our Finance Team and support the financial backbone of our growing organization. This role offers a valuable opportunity to contribute to operational efficiency by ensuring accurate accounting and compliance across day-to-day business activities. The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining financial records, supporting audits, and assisting with regulatory filings – all while gaining hands-on experience in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

• Assist in day-to-day accounting operations including data entry, ledger maintenance, and bank reconciliations
  
• Prepare and maintain financial records, documents, and reports
  
• Support monthly, quarterly, and yearly closings
  
• Handle accounts payable/receivable and assist with GST and TDS filings
  
• Help in budget tracking and internal audits
  
• Coordinate with external auditors and consultants as required
  
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies
  
• Maintain confidentiality of financial data
  

• Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (B.Com/M.Com or equivalent)
  
• 0�3 years of experience in Accounting or internship experience
  
• Basic knowledge of Tally/Zoho Books/QuickBooks or any accounting software
  
• Understanding of Indian accounting principles and GST/TDS compliance
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
  
• Good communication and organizational skills
  
• High level of integrity and attention to detail

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
