1925 The Planters' Café is our next chapter-an elevated café in the heart of Munnar that blends this heritage with modern craft.
We serve a range of beverages and light menu items, including coffee, teas, smoothies, cold-pressed juices, soft drinks, and small snacks, all prepared with a focus on quality and consistency
- Prepare and serve the full menu-specialty coffees, teas, smoothies, cold-pressed juices, and light food items such as soft-serve and snacks.
- Take customer orders and process payments using the POS (Point-of-Sale) system.
- Deliver warm, efficient customer service and maintain a welcoming atmosphere.
- Keep the bar, seating area, and equipment clean, organized, and well-stocked.
- Assist with inventory checks, restocking, and overall daily operations.
- Support senior baristas and flex as an all-rounder wherever needed on the floor.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays, as needed.
- Friendly, customer-focused communicator.
- Basic understanding of coffee drinks and beverage prep, or a quick learner with genuine interest.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and stay organized.
- Team player with a positive attitude and attention to detail.
- Basic math and cash-handling skills.
- Eager to learn new café skills and grow within the team.
- Some experience in a café, restaurant, or beverage service role is preferred.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
