- Get final approval from TPA
- Track settlements of payments
- Maintain Reimbursement Register
- Collect Payments
- Prepare OT list by 6.30pm
- Confirm OT patients
- Collect advance payments
- Maintain Empanelments
- Maintain TPA contact list register
- Courier the files
- Printed copies of last month to be submitted and deleted from online sheet
- Settle entries on EMR
- Provide list of penalties to accountant
- Provide attendance sheet to accountant
- Inviting international patients and trainees
- Dispensing certificates through the consultant
