Junior Engineers will play a crucial role in supporting the construction and engineering teams in various aspects of project development and execution. You will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience and work closely with experienced engineers to learn and grow in your career.
- Assist in daily on-site supervision of construction activities to ensure project progress and quality standards.
- Coordinate with site teams, contractors, and vendors for timely execution of work.
- Review and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and construction plans.
- Support senior engineers in monitoring timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Conduct site inspections and prepare progress reports.
- Ensure safety protocols and quality control measures are followed on-site.
- Assist in resolving site-level issues and escalating major concerns to the project lead.
- Maintain documentation related to project execution, compliance, and inspections.
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
- Total 3 years of experience in construction engineering, preferably in the real estate sector.
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in Alu Form construction.
- Familiarity with construction practices, materials, and on-site coordination.
- Working knowledge of construction tools, software, and MS Office.
- Good communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
- Understanding of safety regulations and construction standards.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
