We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive
Junior Finance Controller to join our team at our newly launched hotel property. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in hotel finance operations and be proficient in Tally ERP and other relevant financial systems.- Manage daily accounting operations using Tally ERP.
- Monitor and track income, expenses, and cost control procedures for the property.
- Prepare financial reports including P&L, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Assist in preparing budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis.
- Coordinate with the front office, F&B, and housekeeping departments for expense tracking and revenue reporting.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations (GST, TDS, etc.) and support monthly filings.
- Assist in internal audits and maintain accurate financial documentation.
- Support vendor payments, payroll processing, and bank reconciliations.
- Identify areas for financial improvement and cost-saving opportunities.
- Bachelor�s degree in Accounting, Commerce, or Finance.
- 2�4 years of experience in hotel accounting or finance.
- Proficient in Tally ERP and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong understanding of hotel revenue and cost structures.
- Familiar with Indian accounting standards, GST, and TDS compliance.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Experience working with hospitality-specific PMS (like IDS, Opera, or similar).
- Knowledge of internal financial controls in a hotel environment.
