As a Junior HR Generalist, you will play a vital role in supporting our people-centric culture and ensuring smooth HR operations. Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting HR Induction sessions to familiarize new employees with company culture, values, and policies.
- Managing the complete onboarding process, including all joining formalities.
- Coordinating and completing Background Verification (BGV) for new hires.
- Facilitating NDA signing and ensuring proper introductions within the organization.
- Handling employee queries and grievances with empathy and professionalism.
- Planning and executing employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work environment.
- Overseeing payroll inputs and attendance management.
- Maintaining accurate employee records on Google Docs and Google Drive.
- Organizing and managing company events and celebrations.
- Assisting in policy communication and implementation across the organization.
- Managing exit formalities and ensuring a smooth offboarding experience.
- Preparing and releasing HR documents such as offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, and experience letters.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and organized approach to work.
- Ability to handle multiple HR functions effectively.
