- Identify, approach, and onboard new vendors/service partners for the platform.
- Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships to ensure quality service delivery.
- Generate leads and acquire new customers for the company’s services.
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and negotiations with vendors and customers.
- Maintain a balanced pipeline of vendors and customers to meet demand and supply.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly onboarding and sales targets.
- Prepare proposals, agreements, and contracts for vendors and clients.
- Maintain accurate records of vendor and customer interactions in CRM.
- Work closely with operations and marketing teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service execution.
- Monitor competitor activities and suggest strategies to improve service reach.
