Ensure smooth functioning of the food cart by strictly following Thindi Rush Cart’s operational policies, including hygiene, food safety, cash handling, and security protocols, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Interact warmly and professionally with customers; understand their needs and provide quick, clear, and courteous service. Handle customer feedback positively and ensure a delightful food experience.
Adhere to the required uniform and personal grooming standards at all times, maintaining a clean and professional appearance.
Prepare South Indian food and beverages as per Thindi Rush Cart’s standard recipes or based on customer preferences, including variations in spice level, ingredient substitution, and portion customization.
Be ready to take up multiple responsibilities during each shift such as food preparation, serving, billing, cleaning, inventory handling, and restocking supplies as needed.
Maintain cleanliness of the cart and workstation throughout the shift. Follow all safety and hygiene protocols as per FSSAI and internal standards.
Coordinate effectively with other team members to ensure smooth operations, timely service, and a positive work environment.
