Inviting applications for the role of Lead Consultant - Business AnalystYou will help Genpact build automation solutions which are scalable and consistent across global deployment.ResponsibilitiesRequirement gathering and analysis of Business requirements.Work with client organization to understand technical requirements to implement IT SolutionsPlatform RationalizationResponse against RFP/ RFI related to Specialty Insurance Products QualificationsMinimum qualifications we seek in you!BE/ B Tech/ MCAAINS / CPCU certifiedBusiness Analysis Experience in Specialty Insurance Domain Preferred qualificationsStrong Specialty Insurance domain & IT knowledgeRequirement Elicitation & translate into technical IT solutions.Hands on Experience to Manage COTS ProductsExperience on any 2 products out of following Insurance Products -Insurity – ConceptOneVertafor - AIM, IMSImageRight, AIR, RMS, TRU, Virtual MGA, EmergineProduction Support of Insurance Apps under SLA/KPI ambitStrong coordination & liaising experience with Vendors, Business Owners, Infrastructure, Cloud team, etc.Aware about IT Tech stacks (Front End Languages, Databases, Cloud, API)Strong Experience in writing SQL queriesExperience on JIRA/ Remedy toolIterative / Agile / DevOps/ ITIL practices & toolsData Analysis & Data Migration experiencePreparing Process Flows and Screen MockupsExecution of Transformation, Integration & Automation Programs/ ProjectsExcellent verbal, written communication skills and Analytical reasoning ability.
