Lead Consultant - S4 Hana Fiori/SAP UI5 Development

The role holder is responsible for driving the development and deployment for set of modules for application systems and programs in coordination with the Technology team. The overall objective of this role is to guide the development of software application, ensuring end to end module functionality, and driving on-time and working for the collective success of the project.*

• Manage the complete application development process from conception to deployment for intermediate modules, with the help of product owners and team members, proactively driving interactions with stakeholders to understand product requirements, contribute to the development of the product roadmap with respect to own modules and meet client expectations
  
• Lead efforts to drive process improvement through internal/cross functional discussions, attend Agile XP team meetings, and enable functional, technical reviews for assigned modules in an Agile environment.
  
• Review architectural diagrams, interface specifications, class structures, and other design documents. Use developed understanding of the process, and ensure all gaps are filled.
  
• Create testing strategies for new and previously developed software programs including practices such as Test-Driven Development, Continuous Refactoring, Code Reviews and walk throughs along with Unit Test Coverage Methodologies that promote engineering excellence; drive the overall testing and code review process, and curate detailed feedback reviews for management.
  
• Complex SAP S/4 and FIORI related design, development, testing and debugging functions related to the implementation of SAP S/4 solution
  
• Close communication with functional teams /designers and build SAP S/4 FIORI Applications.
  
• Collaborate with team members to create new applications and mitigate technical risks prior to launch. Apply knowledge of technology application methodologies process and tools to support client requirements, with an aim to reduce complexity and continuously improve application performance.
  
• Proactively respond to production problems and support production changes in the applications’ operating environment to drive engineering excellence
  
• Ensure adherence to the project budget and financial goals for assigned modules
  
• Facilitate the team’s progress by periodically taking up capability building sessions for the team members, playing an important role in enhancing their technical skills and keeping the team focused on the goals of the project
  

Expert Knowledge in -

• Custom UI5 objects and smart FIORI floorplans.
  
• Extension to standard FIORI Apps (like adding custom views to my-inbox)
  
• Migration of ui5 objects from on-prem/Neo to cloud foundry.
  
• CDS, XML, XSJS and other REST services.
  
• Creation of custom FIORI Apps, Activation and modification of standard Apps running on SAP S/4 HANA
  
• Experience with development environments such as Web-IDE, Eclipse, BAS.
  
• Experience on CAPM based application developments.
  
• OData and ABAP and SAP O-DATA.
  
• RAP Based application design and deployment
  
• SAP FIORI Extensions and extensibility
  
• Debugging the standard FIORI Applications and provide technical help to functional owner
  
• SAP Data migration via SLT and SDA
  
• SAP S4HANA/Fiori Security Design
  
• Fiori catalogues
  

Specialist Knowledge in -

• ABAP Object Oriented Programming Model.
  
• Experience working with Git for version control
  
• Must have good exp. In working in AGILE Scrum and Sprints
  
• Creation of BW Queries on Eclipse
  
• FIORI Administration and CDS Views (Including extensive annotation and associations)
  

• 9 to 11 years of experience in SAP FIORI, SAP UI5, CSS, HTML5, JAVASCRIPT and WebIDE..
  
• Must have 2-3 End to End Implementation in SAP. Must have exp. in 1 E2E SAP S/4 HANA Migration/Implementation.
  

Should be ready to work in any shift between 1:00PM to 9:30PM IST Shift
