Legal MIS Coordinator to strengthen our legal and compliance function by ensuring accurate reporting, case tracking, and effective coordination across stakeholders.- Maintain and update legal MIS database with details of litigations, arbitration, recovery, and compliance matters.
- Prepare and circulate daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management review.
- Track court hearings, arbitration schedules, notices, and filing deadlines, ensuring timely escalation of critical cases.
- Coordinate with internal legal teams, external counsels, and recovery departments to update case status.
- Maintain a repository of legal documents, contracts, and case files for easy reference.
- Generate analytical reports and dashboards (Excel/Power BI) to identify trends and provide actionable insights.
- Monitor and report legal costs, budgets, and expense tracking.
- Support the senior legal team in compliance-related MIS reporting to regulators (if applicable).
- Graduate in any stream (Law, Commerce, or Management preferred).
- Strong proficiency in Advanced MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, dashboards, reporting).
- 2–5 years of experience in MIS, Legal Coordination, or Compliance Support, preferably in NBFC/BFSI.
- Familiarity with legal terminology and processes (litigation, arbitration, recovery, compliance).
- Excellent communication, coordination, and reporting skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage large data volumes with accuracy.
- Office Timings: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Second Saturday Off)
