Liaisoning & Product Partnership professional who can act as a bridge between Eazr, external stakeholders, and strategic partners to ensure smooth operations, compliance, and growth through collaborations.- Build and maintain relationships with government authorities, regulators, banks, and NBFCs.
- Ensure compliance with applicable rules, regulations, and licensing requirements.
- Act as a point of contact for legal, regulatory, and statutory approvals.
- Coordinate between internal teams and external stakeholders for smooth business operations.
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard strategic partners (banks, NBFCs, fintechs, payment gateways, and insurers).
- Collaborate with product, tech, and business teams to co-create or integrate financial products.
- Negotiate partnership terms, agreements, and collaborations to achieve win-win outcomes.
- Drive joint initiatives that enhance Eazr’s offerings and expand market reach.
- Monitor performance of partnerships and explore opportunities for scaling.
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
- 3–7 years of experience in liaisoning, partnerships, or business development (preferably in Fintech, BFSI, or Payments).
- Strong knowledge of regulatory landscape, fintech ecosystem, and financial products.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and handle high-level external relationships.
- Established network with banks, NBFCs, or regulators.
- Prior experience in regulatory liaisoning or product partnerships in BFSI.
- Understanding of digital payments, UPI, lending, or insurance domains.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
