Exxeella Global Edtech Pvt Ltd is hiring a skilled and motivated
Loans Executive to join our North 24 Loan Division. This role is ideal for professionals with 2+ years of experience in the finance or lending industry who excel at customer handling, documentation, and driving loan conversions. The selected candidate will play a key role in managing end-to-end loan application processes, from lead sourcing to final disbursal.- Manage the entire loan process: lead generation, application, documentation, approval, and disbursal
- Guide clients on loan options (personal, education, business loans) and eligibility criteria
- Ensure accurate document collection and verification in compliance with loan policies
- Maintain excellent client relationships and provide regular updates
- Coordinate with internal teams and financial institutions to process applications
- Meet or exceed monthly disbursal and acquisition targets
- Stay informed about loan product changes, regulatory updates, and market trends
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the loan, finance, or banking industry
- Solid understanding of loan products, procedures, and customer profiling
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to meet sales/disbursal targets while maintaining customer satisfaction
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
- Bachelor�s degree in any field (Finance or Business preferred)
