We are looking for an experienced

Machine Learning Engineer (5+ years) whose attitude, skills, and work ethic embody our mission: “to provide a fantastic customer experience.†Someone passionate about leveraging AI/ML to solve complex business challenges in the AV industry.

What are your responsibilities?

• Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end machine learning solutions across business applications.
  
• Build and optimize ML pipelines for training, fine-tuning, testing, deployment, and monitoring of models.
  
• Integrate and customize LLMs (Large Language Models) within enterprise workflows and agentic solutions.
  
• Collaborate with DevOps and MLOps teams to ensure scalability, reliability, and automation of ML systems.
  
• Lead initiatives to mentor and upskill team members in ML development and best practices.
  
• Develop APIs and services for seamless integration of AI models into production systems.
  
• Partner with business teams to translate requirements into ML-driven solutions (chatbots, labor estimation, recommendation systems, etc.).
  
• Stay at the forefront of AI/ML research and tools to inform architectural and business decisions.

Does experience count?

• 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning Engineering or Applied AI roles.
  
• Strong knowledge of ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn).
  
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, generative AI, fine-tuning, and prompt engineering.
  
• Experience with MLOps (CI/CD for ML, monitoring, retraining).
  
• Experience with data pipelines, feature engineering, and model performance optimization.
  
• Solid software engineering background (C#, Python, JavaScript/React, ASP.NET, Git).
  
• Proven ability to deploy ML models to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and use their AI/ML services.
  
• Familiarity with enterprise tools like Microsoft D365, Business Central, or ability to learn quickly.
  
• Excellent communication skills, customer-first mindset, and ability to work independently while mentoring others.
  
• Experience building agentic solutions from scratch is a plus
