मशीन सेटअप करना:

उतà¥à¤ªà¤¾à¤¦à¤¨ चकà¥à¤° के लिठमशीनों को साफ करना, कैलिबà¥à¤°à¥‡à¤Ÿ करना और अनà¥à¤¯ कारà¥à¤¯à¥‹à¤‚ दà¥à¤µà¤¾à¤°à¤¾ तैयार करना।

मशीन चलाना:

मशीनों को चलाने के लिठनिरà¥à¤§à¤¾à¤°à¤¿à¤¤ पà¥à¤°à¤•à¥à¤°à¤¿à¤¯à¤¾à¤“ं और दिशानिरà¥à¤¦à¥‡à¤¶à¥‹à¤‚ का पालन करना।

मशीनों की निगरानी:

गà¥à¤£à¤µà¤¤à¥à¤¤à¤¾ और उतà¥à¤ªà¤¾à¤¦à¤¨ सà¥à¤¨à¤¿à¤¶à¥à¤šà¤¿à¤¤ करने के लिठमशीन सेटिंगà¥à¤¸, उपकरण और आउटपà¥à¤Ÿ की निगरानी करना।

समसà¥à¤¯à¤¾ समाधान:

ऑपरेशन के दौरान आने वाली समसà¥à¤¯à¤¾à¤“ं की पहचान कर उनà¥à¤¹à¥‡à¤‚ हल करना।

मशीनों का रखरखाव:

नियमित रखरखाव और निरीकà¥à¤·à¤£ करना और आवशà¥à¤¯à¤•à¤¤à¤¾à¤¨à¥à¤¸à¤¾à¤° समायोजन करना।

सà¥à¤°à¤•à¥à¤·à¤¾ सà¥à¤¨à¤¿à¤¶à¥à¤šà¤¿à¤¤ करना:

सà¥à¤µà¤¾à¤¸à¥à¤¥à¥à¤¯ और सà¥à¤°à¤•à¥à¤·à¤¾ नियमों का पालन करना और मशीनों पर सà¥à¤°à¤•à¥à¤·à¤¾ जांच करना।

रिकॉरà¥à¤¡à¤¿à¤‚ग और रिपोरà¥à¤Ÿà¤¿à¤‚ग:

सà¥à¤µà¥€à¤•à¥ƒà¤¤ और दोषपूरà¥à¤£ यूनिटà¥à¤¸ और गतिविधि लॉगà¥à¤¸ का रिकॉरà¥à¤¡ तैयार करना और पà¥à¤°à¤¬à¤‚धन करना।

नठया जूनियर ऑपरेटरों के पà¥à¤°à¤¶à¤¿à¤•à¥à¤·à¤£ की देखरेख करना।

JD for Hydraulic Shearing/Bending Machine:

• Setting up machines: Preparing machines for production cycles by cleaning, calibrating, and performing other tasks
  
• Operating machines: Following established procedures and guidelines to operate machines
  
• Monitoring machines: Monitoring machine settings, equipment, and output to ensure quality and efficiency
  
• Troubleshooting: Identifying and fixing issues that may arise during an operation.
  
• Maintaining machines: Performing routine maintenance and inspections, and making adjustments as needed
  
• Ensuring safety: Adhering to health and safety regulations, and carrying out safety checks on machinery
  
• Recording and reporting: Creating and managing records of approved and defective units, and activity logs
  
• Training: Overseeing the training of new or junior machine operators
  

Qualification: ITI

• Experienced candidate can apply
  

Timing: 8 AM to 8:00 PM
