Position : Maintenance Supervisor

Education : Diploma in Civil, Additional preference to certification Plumbing and Civil works

Job Description : -
- Candidates with strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc. Willingness to be on-call and work flexible hours as needed
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of maintenance technicians and staff.
- Plan and schedule preventative and corrective maintenance tasks for buildings, equipment and systems.
- Inspect facilities and equipment regularly to identify issues or areas for improvement.
- Ensure all repairs and maintenance work is performed efficiently, on time, and within budget.
- Maintain inventory of tools, supplies, and spare parts.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Respond to emergency maintenance issues and coordinate appropriate responses.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs.
- Liaise with contractors, vendors, and other departments as needed.
Working Timing & Days :- 8.30 to 5.30 Flexible 9-6 | Monday to Saturday
