Key Responsibilities


  • Market Research & Strategy
  • Analyze global education trends, emerging markets, student preferences, visa/immigration policy updates.
  • Identify new markets, programs, or geographic regions to enter or strengthen.
  • Develop and execute strategic business plans to grow student enrolment and revenue.
  • Lead Generation & Sales
  • Generate leads via agents, partnerships, referrals, events, digital marketing.
  • Conduct outreach (cold calls, meetings) to prospective students and partners.
  • Present and sell study‑abroad programs, advising students on course options, admissions, costs, scholarships, visa requirements.
  • Meet/enforce enrolment and revenue targets.
  • Partnership & Agent Management
  • Identify, onboard, and manage relationships with overseas universities, local educational institutions, training providers, and recruitment agents.
  • Negotiate contracts/agreements.
  • Monitor partner performance; ensure partners meet quality and compliance standards.
  • Branding, Marketing & Events
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop campaigns, materials, digital content.
  • Represent the company in educational fairs, seminars, webinars, workshops.
  • Raise awareness among students, parents, schools regarding offerings and advantages.
  • Client (Student & Parent) Support
  • Guide students (and their parents) through pre‑application, application, admission, and visa processes.
  • Provide counseling/advice tailored to students’ academic background, goals, financial constraints.
  • Assist with pre‑departure orientation, accommodation, travel, etc.
  • Maintain excellent customer service; follow up with students post‑arrival if needed.
  • Operations, Reporting & Analytics
  • Use CRM tools to record leads, track progress, maintain pipeline.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs): enrolment numbers, revenue, conversion rates, partner performance.
  • Prepare reports and forecasts; analyze what’s working vs what’s not, adjust strategy accordingly.
  • Team Leadership (if applicable)
  • Supervise / mentor junior staff or agent network.
  • Set targets / objectives, coach for performance, ensure accountability.
  • Compliance & Quality Assurance
  • Keep updated of international admissions rules, visa/immigration laws, education accreditation.
  • Ensure all documentation is handled properly.
  • Uphold ethical standards in counselling and recruitment.


Job Type: Full-time


Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
