Role Overview


We are seeking a dynamic and strategic

Consumer Head to lead our B2C, retail, e-commerce, and marketing initiatives. This role will be pivotal in shaping consumer strategies, enhancing customer experience across physical and digital touchpoints, and driving business growth. The ideal candidate will bring a mix of strategic foresight and operational expertise, with the ability to identify growth opportunities, streamline processes, and elevate our retail, digital, and consumer engagement to the next level.


Key ResponsibilitiesB2C Growth & Strategy


  • Develop and execute the overall B2C growth strategy, focusing on revenue, market share, and customer base expansion.
  • Identify new consumer segments, channels, and partnerships (online and offline) to expand reach.
  • Drive innovation in consumer journeys—across physical retail and digital platforms—to enhance loyalty and retention.


E-commerce & Digital Business


  • Build and scale the company’s e-commerce presence, ensuring seamless customer experiences across platforms.
  • Oversee marketplace partnerships, direct-to-consumer (D2C) channels, and omni-channel integration.
  • Leverage data, analytics, and performance marketing to optimize traffic, conversion, and online sales.
  • Ensure alignment between online pricing, promotions, and retail strategies for consistency.


Retail Operations Excellence


  • Oversee retail operations across all outlets to ensure seamless execution, efficiency, and profitability.
  • Build SOPs and operational frameworks to ensure consistency and scalability.
  • Monitor store performance, consumer feedback, and operational metrics to drive improvements.
  • Strengthen inventory management, merchandising, and in-store customer experience.


Marketing & Consumer Engagement


  • Lead integrated marketing campaigns (digital, offline, influencer, e-commerce, and on-ground activations) to strengthen brand presence.
  • Use consumer insights, market trends, and analytics to craft targeted marketing strategies.
  • Align marketing efforts with retail, e-commerce, and sales objectives.
  • Champion brand storytelling and innovative engagement initiatives to build stronger consumer connect.


Leadership & Collaboration


  • Partner cross-functionally with product, operations, technology, and sales teams to align on business objectives.
  • Lead, mentor, and build a high-performing consumer, retail, and digital team.
  • Foster a consumer-first culture across the organization.


Key Skills & Competencies


  • Strong understanding of B2C business models, retail operations, e-commerce, and marketing strategies.
  • Proven track record in scaling consumer-facing businesses, driving omni-channel growth, and delivering operational excellence.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Innovative and forward-thinking, with a passion for consumer behavior, retail, and digital trends.


Qualifications & Experience


  • MBA/PG in Marketing, Retail Management, E-commerce, or related field.
  • 10–15 years of experience in consumer business, retail operations, e-commerce leadership, or marketing.
  • Prior experience in scaling B2C businesses, digital platforms, retail networks, or omnichannel strategies is highly desirable.


Job Types: Full-time, Permanent


Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
