Position: Manager-IR/ERDivision & Department: Enabling Functions_ERReporting To: IR Head (Savli)Educational Qualifications: Graduate/Master's in Human Resources, Industrial Relations/MSW/MLWRoles & Responsibilities –Employee Relations & Compliance* Promote a proactive and progressive employee relations culture at the Unit.- Identify and implement short-, medium-, and long-term ER risks and mitigation plans.
- Ensure rigor in adherence to plant routines, including compliance with Time & Attendance and Payroll processes as per statutory requirements.
- Ensure the well-being of all categories of blue-collar employees through effective welfare measures.
- Proactively manage labour and factory legal matters.
- Liaise with government departments and external agencies such as DISH Office, Labour Office, GIDC, Industry Body, and local government bodies.
- Manage contractors effectively, ensuring their capabilities align with plant requirements.
- Oversee support services such as Canteen, Transportation, Security, and Housekeeping.
- Foster ongoing communication with departments and external partners.
- Knowledge of ER strategies and risk mitigation planning.
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of Oracle-based ERP systems.
