• Minimum 8 years of relevant work experience in Treasury Operations and financial risk management
  
• The ideal candidate will contribute to the strategic planning and execution of treasury initiatives across cash and liquidity management, FX and interest rate risk mitigation and working capital optimization.
  
• Thorough understanding and experience in Investment management, Bank account management, Investment and capital allocation.
  
• Should have the knowledge and experience in risk management , risk mitigation strategy through hedges,
  
• strong business diagnostic skills and the ability to apply a logical and analytical approach to problem solving
  
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and execute assignments within deadlines
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  
• Ability to demonstrate strong interpersonal skills backed by an enthusiastic approach and a diligent client focus.
  
• Strong working knowledge of IFRS/IND AS hedge accounting, treasury controls, and compliance.
  
• Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, Python, and TMS platforms such as Kyriba, Quantum, SAP, or Reval will be beneficial.
  
• Big 4 consulting or global MNC experience , Familiarity with treasury-related regulatory frameworks (e.g., FEMA).
