What You’ll Do
- Identify and onboard banks and fintech partners
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with key stakeholders
- Lead negotiations and finalize partnership agreements
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution
- Track performance metrics and optimize partnership strategies
- Stay ahead of market trends and regulatory developments
What You Bring
- Bachelor�s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field
- 2�4 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or strategic alliances
- Exposure to fintech, banking, or financial services preferred
- Strong understanding of cooperative banking and credit society ecosystems
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, startup environment
- Familiarity with CRM tools and data analysis platforms
