We are seeking an experienced and dynamic
Outlet Manager to oversee our petroleum & gas retail outlet located in Aluva. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership qualities, excellent communication skills, and proven experience in managing day-to-day operations, ensuring business growth, and delivering outstanding customer service.- Manage the overall operations of the retail outlet, ensuring smooth functioning on a daily basis.
- Drive business development initiatives to increase sales and customer base.
- Supervise, guide, and motivate staff to achieve operational and service excellence.
- Monitor stock, inventory, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers and address queries or issues promptly.
- Prepare and present periodic business reports to management.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and financial controls.
- Graduate in any discipline (minimum requirement).
- Minimum 5 years of managerial experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead teams and handle outlet operations efficiently.
- Candidates residing in or around Aluva will be given preference.
- Salary range: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 (based on experience and qualifications).
