Your Impact

Provide project management and leadership on medium to large scale projects with internal and direct customer impact. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and within agreed upon quality standards. Work closely with cross-functional teams within OpenText and partner with key stakeholders. Must be confident, highly motivated and passionate about delivery and customer satisfaction. Must have strong organization, communication and planning skills. Must have a technical background. Must have extensive experience managing projects with Agile Scrum methodology. What the role offers

Deliver assigned projects to time, budget and agreed quality standards • Lead teams to ensure project delivery success

• Contributing to the team as part of Agile/Scrum team in capacity ranging from coding, quality to processes.• Build and maintain strong client relationships, internal and external • Ensure appropriate and timely reporting against each project • Manage communication cross-functionally and escalate promptly as issues arise • Assist in refining and improving the in-house methodology and delivery processes • Facilitate regular Steering Committee meetings and present to senior level management • Take responsibility for ensuring customer satisfaction during project delivery • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure plans& resources are coordinated, and project deliverables are well defined, scoped and achieved • Maintain project management documentation including but not limited to project plans, issues, risks, action items, scorecards and project sites.
  

What you need to succeed

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related discipline
  
• 5+ years of project management experience
  
• Hands-on working experience in building complex enterprise solutions
  
• Must have hands on experience in JAVA Full stack development
  
• Proven track record of successful project/program management of mid to large size projects
  
• Strong interpersonal and collaborative problem-solving skills required.
  
• Excellent communication and people skill required.
  
• Ability to organize, plan and create a team environment that will lead into a team motivated to deliver.
  
• Effective facilitation skills for participatory decision making.
  
• Content management domain experience would be plus
  
• Experience with OpenText products would be a plus
  
• Experience with AI technologies would be a plus
