As part of the Marketing team, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients (students and parents), delivering exceptional service, building relationships, and generating walk-ins for CEF centers and courses.
- Promote CEF centers, courses, and services to drive walk-ins.
- Handle inbound inquiries via phone, email, and chat promptly and professionally.
- Identify client needs and recommend suitable solutions.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Utilize CRM, TATA Tele, and other tools regularly.
- Collaborate with teams to resolve queries and improve processes.
- Stay updated on products, services, and industry trends.
- Meet KPIs for client engagement and satisfaction.
- Support team members and foster a positive environment.
- Encourage client feedback for personal and organizational growth.
- Continuously enhance communication, teamwork, and IT skills.
- Research visitor visa requirements and assist in marketing campaigns to maximize walk-ins.
