Key Responsibilities


  • Develop and implement marketing plans to increase patient footfall and service awareness.
  • Coordinate community outreach programs, health camps, and awareness initiatives.
  • Build and maintain relationships with doctors, corporate organizations, and referral partners.
  • Plan digital marketing activities including social media campaigns, website updates, and online promotions.
  • Assist in creating promotional materials such as brochures, posters, press releases, and newsletters.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and patient feedback to recommend improvements.
  • Organize and participate in hospital events, CME programs, and health exhibitions.
  • Support in lead generation, follow-ups, and conversion of inquiries into patient visits.
  • Maintain a database of marketing activities and provide regular reports to the management.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels.


Qualifications & Skills


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in healthcare/hospital industry.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills.


Work Conditions


  • Location: Patna, Bihar
  • Full-time position, requiring flexibility to attend events and community programs.
  • Reporting to: Marketing Manager / Hospital Administrator


Job Type: Full-time


Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
