We are seeking territory-level marketing executives to focus on client acquisition for road transportation, and rail-road multimodal logistics solutions. Your core mission will be to bring in high-potential contractual clients (not spot/retail shipments), especially those operating in high-volume corridors across Gujarat. You will play a key role in building our integrated logistics platform from the ground up.
Primary Responsibilities
Identify and convert clients needing contractual FTL, hub-to-hub, or industrial road movements
Acquire multimodal (rail-road) clients via coordination with rake operators, CONCOR, CWC, etc.
Focus on long-term rate contracts and SLA-based partnerships
Generate client pipeline in sectors like engineering, pharma, agri, ceramics, FMCG
Coordinate with operations team on fleet options: owned, market, or leased
Secondary Responsibilities
Support 3PL solution selling (including warehousing and customs clearance)
Collect and share market intelligence (rates, loading points, pain areas)
Education Qualification
Graduate in any discipline Preferred: Diploma or degree in logistics/supply chain management
Experience
Min 2 Years’ experience in warehouse
Skills Required
Functional:
Hands-on experience with documentation
B2B client-facing roles with KPIs
IT Skills:
- MS Excel - ERP or Tally - Manual record handling
