Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote hospital services, doctors, and health packages.
  • Plan and execute promotional events, health camps, seminars, and awareness programs.
  • Build and maintain relationships with doctors, corporate clients, diagnostic centers, and referral partners.
  • Create and manage content for social media, website, brochures, newsletters, and other promotional materials.
  • Coordinate with print, electronic, and digital media for advertising and publicity.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Support patient engagement and satisfaction initiatives.
  • Monitor and report the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, ROI, and lead generation.
  • Collaborate with internal departments (administration, clinical, operations) to ensure branding consistency.
  • Represent the hospital at exhibitions, community events, and corporate meetings.


Qualifications & Skills:


  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in healthcare marketing (preferred) or general marketing.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing, social media, and branding.
  • Ability to build strong networks and maintain client relations.
  • Result-oriented with good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to travel for outreach programs and corporate visits.
