Marketing Head to lead our marketing operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and guiding all company marketing personnel across India, ensuring effective planning, execution, and achievement of business targets.- Lead, supervise, and motivate the marketing team across India.
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to achieve company goals.
- Monitor and evaluate performance of marketing staff, ensuring productivity and efficiency.
- Build strong business relations with dealers, distributors, and clients.
- Provide regular reports and updates to company management.
- Ensure alignment of marketing activities with overall company objectives.
- Proven experience in marketing leadership roles.
- Strong communication, leadership, and team-handling skills.
- Ability to plan, organize, and execute pan-India marketing activities.
- Result-oriented with a focus on achieving sales and growth targets.
