Marketing Manager

We are seeking dynamic personality to strengthen our Business Development activities.

Must be a recent management post graduate and have passion to be part of startup.

This is a full-time, hybrid role for a Marketing manager located in Thane. The Marketing manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, managing client accounts, and fostering strong business relationships.

Day-to-day tasks include prospecting for potential clients, maintaining a pipeline of leads, developing strategic sales plans, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet business objectives.

You will be right candidate if business management is your passion, you love to talk & meet people, understand their technical problems and offer a solution. You should also be ready for intercity travel, etc.

Required freshers with full-time MBA in Marketing with good communication & academics.

• Develop SOPs, protocols and channels to boost digital sales.
  
• Identify potential customers, nurture the leads and close.
  
• To be a single point of contact for customers and ensure repeat orders
  
• Develop a effective referral and channel partner program.
  
• Supervise marketing and sales automation to ensure monthly leads.
  
• Look after brand building practices and contribute wherever possible.
  

• MBA - Marketing or Mass Media.
  
• Excellent Communication skills
  
• Familiarity with ERP software solutions is a plus
  
• Tech savvy with various ideas of sales and marketing automation.
  
• Strong passion for digital marketing and a desire to build a career in the field.
  
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills, able to collaborate effectively with colleagues at all levels of the organization.
  
• Should be ambitious, have patience and ready to take risk.
