Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase student admissions across grades.
  • Plan and execute offline and online campaigns for brand building.
  • Organize and oversee events such as open houses, seminars, and exhibitions.
  • Collaborate with digital marketing teams/agencies for SEO, social media, and Google Ads.
  • Build relationships with local communities, preschools, residential societies, and corporates for lead generation.
  • Design and circulate marketing collaterals (brochures, flyers, banners).
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Maintain admission reports, lead data, and conversion tracking.
  • Liaise with the academic and administrative teams for event coordination and support.

Job Description: Territory Manager – CBSE School Position:


Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage marketing and admission targets across multiple schools within the assigned territory.
  • Drive school-wise admission plans in collaboration with each school�s Principal.
  • Monitor and support implementation of marketing campaigns and outreach efforts.
  • Build and manage local partnerships with vendors, tuition centers, and feeder schools.
  • Recruit, train, and supervise admission counsellors and front-office teams.
  • Analyze territory performance, track metrics, and provide timely reports to the management.
  • Resolve issues related to low-performing schools and provide guidance for improvement.
  • Ensure adherence to branding, communication, and compliance guidelines in all schools.
