Marketing & Social Media Account Manager to take ownership of our digital presence, build engaging campaigns, and strengthen our brand visibility across all platforms.- Develop and execute marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Manage Eazr’s official social media accounts (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, etc.).
- Plan and implement digital campaigns that drive user acquisition, retention, and engagement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to produce creative content – posts, blogs, reels, and videos.
- Monitor, analyze, and report performance of campaigns using analytics tools.
- Run and optimize paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
- Stay updated with fintech industry trends and position Eazr as a thought leader.
- Build and maintain relationships with influencers, media partners, and agencies.
- Ensure consistent brand voice and compliance with industry guidelines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- 2–5 years of proven experience in digital marketing and social media management.
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and social media algorithms.
- Hands-on experience with ad campaign management and analytics tools.
- Excellent communication, copywriting, and storytelling skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deliver under deadlines.
- Experience in Fintech, BFSI, or Startup ecosystem.
- Knowledge of performance marketing, lead generation, and CRM tools.
- Basic design/video editing skills (Canva, Photoshop, or similar).

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
